  1. I ran the following today

    4 X .5 Miles with 4:00 rest

    Lap 1: 4:40 (9:22 mile)
    Lap 2: 4:31 (9:03 mile)
    Lap 3: 4:27 (8:55 mile)
    Lap 4: 4:22 (8:44 mile)

    Cool down: 50 situps

  2. Ran 2.5 miles at my E/L pace from Ryno’s chart. Shooting for ~9:20ish

    0.5 mile splits were
    4:45
    4:39
    4:39
    4:29
    4:33

    Then did some stretching/mobility and core work

  3. sore from running and hockey, and still a bit on the mend….

    SP 5×6 @ 115#
    DL 5×15 @ 145#

    whats next: rowwapolooza
    10x100m, :45 rest – 18.1, 18.5, 18.6, 18.5, 18.9, 18.0, 18.4, 18.4, 18.4, 18.3
    500m: 18.5, 18.4, 43.2, 21.5, 21.4 – blew up after the second 100, took 100 to recover
