Bit muggy this morning.
Good thing it won’t be muggy at lunch, more like rapey.
We can do this behind the gym and work on our right hand turns as well.

At the track?
I’ll be at the track, I can pace myself better knowing where the distances are
looks like not going to make it today.
7:02, 7:07, DNF (hamstring started to tighten around 1100m and wouldn’t let up) third round was on pace for ~7:20ish
This hurt bad today, it was nice and sunny at the track the whole time
2 laps out back
7:05 – david paced the second lap (i showed up late and he was already done)
6:59 – thanks to david for a 3:19 first lap
7:05 – with a crowd at finish line needing to get back to work
Out back is .96 for 2 laps so I’m told.
Sweat – yes
I thought sweat was optional?
