    • Next time I’ll wear my own watch. It’s not that I don’t believe the time (I didn’t at first), but I’m disappointed in my pace. I thought I was going faster than I was, but with my own watch I can check my pace and adjust accordingly. I really didn’t think I went that slow, but thinking back I put more effort in to doing the situps properly since so much $hit had been thrown at the guys that went before me and Crip. I guess that slipped my time since I put together pretty good numbers on the Double Unders and went through them quickly.

      At least I got 7 each time on bench. Small victory.

  1. skipped the benchfest. I did 40 and 35 in a row on DU today. I am very pleased with that since my previous pr was 20. I tried to make Biggun sprint the end but got slapped down for my sit up form. Apparently, I was slapping the pole too high and should have been concentrating on the base.

    • tried to make me sprint, however is only had my slow rolling situps left…you did make an impression with your last set of ten, i heard “wow he is really slapping that pole” from the peanut gallery.
