  1. I have enough plates for two people to go at once if we want to do this at the track. I brought denominations so we can have two people go at 135, or one person at 135 and one at 115. Looks like we only have one bar today. Do you guys want to do this at the track? we could either go one at a time or modify it and do something with the plates and then do shuttle runs, or should we skip shuttle runs and do the following in the gym?
