    • Add some skill work with handstands and DU practice. For DU try to get 3 in a row then go do something else and come back and work for 3 in a row.

  1. PC work. 225# but failed #230.

    Crips Marathon Training:
    5×12 @ 65% desired bench press max.

    Shooting for 300# bench
    5×12 of 195#. The last couple of sets really sucked.
