Max Effort Power Clean
Out at lunch, I have a department meeting. i couldn’t have participated today anyway.
Cleans: failed 205, 197 (pr), lots of work on form
Dead lifts: 7-5-3-3, 225, 275, 315, 345 (grip and form gave out on the singles)
Cleans worked up to 235 power clean. Failed 250 power clean twice. Decided to learn to get under the bar. 7 attempts, 2 successful squat catches @235.
Time was running out so I only got to the 3’s on the DL ( and there is very little difference between a 1 and a 3 for me)
Cleans: 197 (2# pr), also lots of work on form
Dead lifts: 7-5-3-3-1-1 225, 275, 315, 345, 375, 405.
