  1. I was feeling roughed up in my back and knee so I sandbagged (I mean scaled) the box squats to 160.

    Metcon – @190# 6:38 with a 3:40 row
    I definitely was making baby goat noises at the end.

    SFC – 13:57 (BS – 205#, 1K row – 3:48)

    BS % of BS max = 205/275 = 75% ouch……. went in sets of 2-5
