Overhead squat 10X2 @ 60 1RM

Maybe do this one at the track so we don’t get yelled at for dumping weights?

  1. I would like to do snatch first then clean. I’m not sure it is funnier that way but it will be safer πŸ™‚

  2. I want to go at 1 today right after kung -fu class in the same room. I can bring the bars so they have fewer complaints.

    Max Effort Clean – 165# (PR)

    Overhead squat 10X2 @ 60 1RM – 75# w a bit of squat snatch

    Also set PR with Squat Clean – 145#

  4. Snatch -135,165, 185(ugly as hell but I stood up)PR, 185 (just fail), 185(really fail)
    Clean – 135, 205, 235, 255(fail), 245 PR

    I zeroed in on 115 for OHS 10X2

    Max Effort Clean – 165# (PR)

    Overhead squat 10X2 75# w a bit of squat snatch

    Also set PR with Squat Clean – 145#
