  1. It was much less sucky @190 BW. I did all 3 sets with just standing 2 count on the 4’s. I’m still sweating but maybe it is just the rain.

  2. scaled squats to 185#, (BW~205).
    subbed row 500m for run 400m.

    total time 20:32, sit ups, 30, 30, 27.
