Might try and get over there a little early to do this then go for a run.
Run today if you like, but no excuses tomorrow. Try to have intensity for the running days. It will benefit you more than pure volume.
Too late…His excuse tomorrow is that he needs to be “fresh” for the NASA 5k on Wednesday.
It is the intensity of his rest that impresses me.

I’ll take you up on this advice tomorrow for Wednesday. Tomorrow I may do a crip grinder. All upper body, “nothing below the nipples”.

Core cool down with blong and ceiling cat.
Push up form was of the high volume type. I am not walking right but it is because of a bar/ball collision.
Randy’s core cooldown was not as bad as usual.
