  1. am going to stay away from DU and Box Jumps a couple more weeks, going to something like this….

    • You could do weighted step ups on the 18 box as a sub for box jumps. You use lots of calf in cleans so work on form or stay away from those as well. You could do 2 min TTB, weighted step up, and pistols.
