50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  1. 41:55. I was on par with everyone else until box jumps. I think it took me at least 7-8 min for those and then another 10 min on burpees. My f’ing arms couldn’t get my fat arse up off the mat!!!!!

  2. 30:11, thanks to Drew for the motivation on Burpees. Biggun went “into the woods” ala Uncle B to do his burpees. I was on DU number 35 when Biggun showed back up and he still almost got me.

  3. on another note..my nephew at Gonzaga said their “go to” distance is 2000. They sometimes have indoor meets with other schools and do 2000’s. His best is 6:52 with goal of 6:30. The best guy on team pulls a 6:02 – 6’6 240#….They did a workout today 4321 row, run 2 miles, 1234 row – 36:21
