Row 1000 meters
50 Burpees
50 Box jumps, 24″ box
Run 800 meters

  1. I was actually gonna try to come out today, this would have ruined my lungs since they are still recovering from being sick.

    This just looks miserable. I plan to be out sometime this week with you guys though, when is track day?

    Max effort for the hometown hero where I grew up. This ranks up with some of the most miserable workouts we have done to date. Useless for the rest of the day.

    I can only imagine how smoked your legs were after each exercise.

    I am going to plan on coming over on wednesday this week. Doesn’t have to be a track day

  4. There is no workout that can’t be made better with burpees! This is crazy, thanks for doing this while I was gone.
