400m run (7 degree incline) max effort
75 box jumps (18-20″)
50 KB swings (1.5 pood)
25 burpees

    • I was just contemplating the awesome if we had you and Drew on the footage running that metcon as well. The format was cool because it was a no rest, pursuit style were two people go at a time from opposite corners. It seemed like I was going faster in my mind.
