  1. Really? And here i thought your emails were a joke when i read them last night. Are you still planning to do heavy bear after this today? We can do heavy bear tomorrow afternoon if you guys want. If you’re gonna go heavy you might want to do it somewhat fresh…by 4:30 today you are just going to be getting over your shakes from the 50!

  2. I’m seriously having doubts about any of it at all today. I still feel like $hit even though I’m at work today. I’m gonna give it a go I guess but I’ll probably do the puppies division (25 reps) instead of the big dawgs (Rx’d). We’ll see at game time. Lung capacity will be the determining factor.

  3. My time was 34 something. I listed the exercises in order of suckiness for me today.
