    Steve – 18:20 (thought doing the push ups w/ balance balls was a better idea)

    Great WOD to start the week.

  2. If my belly gets any bigger my push ups will only have to be about an inch. At 225 that would have been equally brutal in deads and push ups. I think Ryan changed religions about 15 times during the push ups.
