    Tabata numbers:
    Ryan “that’s good for my size”: 8,7,7,7,6,6,6,6 tot 53

    • The stretching afterwards did wonders for the wobbly shakes that were starting to take over my legs. My shoulder mobility felt underachieving during the squats so I need ot work on that more.

    • Followed the bigggun protocol by dropping weight after the first set of squats…185,179,179,179,179. Scott made sure to comment that my decrease in weight was only six pounds. Mentally it felt more like 20 pounds.

  2. my legs are wobbly…that tabata smoked my a@! but I like it!

    I did 175, 225, 225, 195, 195 for squats.

    I dropped weight for two reasons, first is to get deeper into the squat without killing myself and second…hanging with you guys is MADNESS!! For the first time in my life I’m asking myself…”am I too old for this sh@t”!?! Nah! It’s only pain and you know the best thing about pain, it let’s you know your not dead yet! Hoorah!

    I was too worried about my hangover getting the best of me so I sandbagged in tabata too much. Shouldn’t have had those 3 liters of beer on friday and all those tall boys scott had in his trunk for the titans game.
