Sept 7 WOD

As many rounds as possible in 3 mins of:

5 Pull-ups
5 Push-ups
5 DB Snatch (each side) 55/35

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.  Start each cycle from where you left off on the previous one.

  1. 12 rounds complete. Almost had the 13th; (finished Pull ups, push ups, Snatch LS) but I only got 3 reps into the right side before time got me. Did the left arm with 55 lbs as Rx’d, did the right arm with 35 lbs.

    Finished up with a brisk 2mile run with Rhino and Ceiling Cat.

  2. 12 rounds w/ 35# DB on snatch. Funny Randy, I would have used the term “slogged” instead of “brisk” to describe the run. All a matter of perspective, I guess.

  3. I did CTB and release at the bottom push ups and 55#snatch. It felt terrible. I got 12 to the best of my counting(between 8-15). I turned around early on the run to get back to class and I felt like shit on toast 1.5ish run. I wish I had been drinking all weekend so I would have a better excuse for feeling like this.
